Galaxy Watch Stopped Receiveing Notifications

[Android Central Question]

As of today my galaxy watch 46mm will not receive notifications. I have re checked all my settings. I have done a factory reset on my watch and still cannot get it to work. I did notice there was a Samsung wear update either last night or today. Anyone else having this issue?
