My device is Galaxy y duos GT S6102:

After unlocking my device, it shows as Network error 'n check network service.
I cant access my wi-fi service, after enabling wi-fi, it shows wireless symbol with a question mark.. plz help me

How long have you had the device? Any recently installed apps or anything newly visited? Any other issues (ie, overheating, lagging, battery issues, freezing) before this occurrence?

Hi and welcome to AC - are you having network issues as well as WiFi issues? is the phone new, have you spoken to your service provider about this issue?
