Gallery.....instant uploads

I noticed I have a lot of instant uploads in my gallery...a lot of the same pictures in a different albums ..how can delete the duplicates.. ad stop it from happening again...some photos I can even delete..

Turn off instant uploads by going to settings>accounts and sync>google account>uncheck instant uploads

As far as duplicates, I think you'll have to just delete manually.
