Gallery Photos to Facebook

I own a Verizon Note 7. Moved up from a Nexus 6. Thus far, I am happy with the new Note.

I need guidance. When I try and post a photo onto Facebook from the Gallery, Facebook freezes. On my old Nexus, photos were culled from Google Photos with zero difficulty.

Am I doing something wrong?

Any advice will be deeply appreciated.

Have you tried uninstalling/re-installing the app? I just tried posting one from my Gallery and it works. The FB app, however, it's known for being buggy sometimes, but they are also quick to squash bugs, so if it keeps happening, just report the bug and I'm sure it'll get resolved within a few days.

Does it happen only when sharing from the Gallery (Share menu) or also when posting directly from the Facebook app?

I have the same issue with version of FB later than 90
I tried clearing data of mediastorage and gallery, it worked for a couple of hours then the problem cameback again.
I think it's related to latest versions of FB.

FB app... I think at one point they did admit they introduce bugs on purpose as a social study and see which features would drive people away from the app or something. Still sucks, though.
