gallery problem

My gallery was doing an auto back up so I looked up and it said I should go onto the app and clear the cache, which I did but now when I try to go onto my camera or galley I'm getting a message on screen saying that there is no external storage available, gallery has my entire life on it please help :'(

Just wait a bit for the cache to build back up. If nothing happens after a while, reboot.
