Gallery shows "cache" with black pict with blue lines

I've always had a weird issue with my EVO where if I go into the Gallery there is an album showing "cache". It seems to always have pictures (the number varies) all black with a blue line like a line graph. I can delete the Picts but they always come back.

Anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it? I know for a face they aren't Picts I've taken as I've wiped the card and they come back.

I would bet that one of the apps you have installed is building the file. I don't have this on my EVO so I cant tell you what app it is.
