gallery sync and content transfer

Me and my gf got lg g3s today and coming from Samsung i have a few questions....am i missing something or is it possible to sync your Facebook and instagram photos with the gallery along with others?...thats a deal breaker if not possible....we both have samsung devices and tried using the lg transfer app isnt working...any help would be appreciated...thank you
