Gallery "Talks" to me

Good morning...I am having weird issues with my newly acquired S4. For some reason, when I'm in the gallery and I 'check' an image or gallery, I get voice output that "The box is checked", or "The box is unchecked". Super annoying and I can't seem to find a way to disable it. Any ideas?

It also speaks using the default browser....not in Chrome (which I use, so less of an issue). "Loading, Page Loaded".

I have checked the TalkBack settings and made sure it was turned off. I also drilled down to all the options in TalkBack and made sure everything was unchecked.

Edit: I was going to say TalkBack, but then I read the rest of your post and you said it wasn't checked. I would check it, uncheck it, and pull the battery. That's all I can think of at the moment.

Did the enable/disable...will try a battery pull.

I'm lost on why it would be stuck like that. If all else fails? Factory reset it.
