I have created a number of albums in the photo Gallery. Most of the albums have a thumbnail photo which was apparently selected by the Gallery from a photo within that album, but some of the albums have no thumbnail at all and only show a generic image.

2 questions:

1. Is there a way to change the photo selected by the Gallery to show as the thumbnail?

2. Maybe answer to question 1 will answer this, is there a way to change the thumbnail photo to some other picture in the album?

Thanks.

How do you create albums? I miss that about my X, I can't figure out how to make them go back into so if there's a way please share.

& I don't think you can select the thumbnail picture for the albums

Create an album by going to your pictures in the gallery. Long hold on any photo. In the menu that pops up select add to album. Then select add new album. you can create more albums in the same way. Then hold on each photo or select multiple pictures and add them to an album.

Hope that makes sense.

Ok thanks..got it. Next question, is there anyway to make it display albums by default instead of having to click on My Library, then going up top and selecting albums? I wish this aspect of the phone was like my Droid X.

When you go into the Gallery, tap on "My Library". All your albums should be in there.
