Recently I've been having problems with my pictures and videos. Every time I take a video it doesn't save. When I go to my gallery it says file not found. I've tried switching where it saves from my sd card to my phone still doesn't work.

Also when I try to delete photos they don't delete. They just come right back.

Any help would be great.

Do you have issues with any other files? Are you certain these are saving to internal memory? What about if you use a 3rd party camera? If other apps fail as well, this looks like an actual issue writing to memory and that would probably require hardware repair. I'd try safe mode just in case, too.

Also, can't remember if it's there for the S7 or not, but another user was having a similar issue if 'Motion Photo' was activated (the feature where a couple seconds of video are recorded with each picture).

Just checked and motion photo has been always turned off. Also I have only used the default camera since I've had the phone. Since I've had the phone I've always saved it to my SD card. never had a problem until recently. recently when ever I save it to either both give a problem.
