Galley Gallery Help please!

Can someone please tell me why this randomly happens to my pictures? And if there's a way to get then back? Thank you in advance.

Does that only happen with pictures saved to the SD card? If so, it might be a bad card that is causing file corruption.

If you email or transfer these files to a computer or another phone, can they be viewed?

Try clearing cache of the gallery app?

Ok thank you.. You wouldn't know how to so that would you? Ive emailed the pictures to myself then tried to open them and theyre terribly pixelates.
