Ok, so first off if your a hardcore gamer you 'prolly know what MSAA is.
To put it simple, it can increase the visual quality in most apps that use Open GL 2.0.
Now you want to enable it, don't you?
WELL HERE YOU GO!

1. Go to Settings>About tablet and tap Build number 7 times 'till it says you are a developer.

2. Then tap Developer options (you may have to restart Settings app to see it)

3. Fill in the check next to Force 4x MSAA

4. Restart your favorite high - end game.

5. Play the game.

6. Have Fun! (Remember it dosnt work on all games but I know it works on Asphalt 7: Heat for sure.

P.S. you sometimes have to look at the app before and after to see differences but if there are any you will notice them :)

On most wanted it DOES make some differences is smooths things out and I think a few lighting differences

Guys on step 4 be sure the completely RESTART the game your gonna play and I mean remove from multitasking too

Are there any drawbacks to doing this? Any idea is this will cause more battery drain, crashes, etc.?

I would like to hear more about this. What high end android games support this and is there any drawbacks. Do i have to redisable this if there is another android update.

1. Not sure what games support it as there are hundreds of thousands of apps

2. The GPU may get a bit hotter and the battery MIGHT drain a tad quicker

3. No you do not have to disable it to update android Jelly Bean

My Nexus 10 did crash three times within an hour playing NFS Most Wanted. Not saying that it was definitely because of this change, but if it keeps happening I will change the setting back to see if that fixes the problem.

The crashes may be from the setting. 4x anti aliasing is a lot for even the N10s GPU to handle, try closing all apps first and disabling WiFi

I've just been playing it for an hour and its been OK.

Frame rate is another down side to this setting, not that I've experienced it.

Good tip, but in my experience it doesn't always stick. Double check guys!

Well it works on few games, not NFS No Limits. Wish there were more settings like this on android...without root
