Gaps between glass and frame?

Hi, I recognized different clearances (is it the right word? I am no native speaker) between glass and frame of my phone and I read about other U11 owners who told about similar issues. At the bottom of the back, where glass and frame meet, there is not a perfect transition but a little 'edge' that does not feel smooth. The same thing at the right side. The left side is very smooth. Regarding the reports of other owners, the backpanel so ever seems to be attached slightly off center.
Do you recognize the same?

Yes I saw that on the my earlier silver version (top left edge) and see the same on my solar red version that I received today. I saw some reviews mention it as well. It's basically between where the curved glass meets at the edges at the top right corner for me. It bothers me little bit and would have liked perfect fit all over but should be fine since that portion is covered by the case.

Fortunately my Sapphire Blue is even all the way around. I was concerned because it arrived ahead of schedule, but appears to be fine.

Yep, a bit of one on my solar red. I did send for a replacement, which should be arrving today. I didnt really notice it until i read this thread and it made me look at my device more closely and i noticed what couldnt be unnoticed or unseen once i saw it. A bit of a gap between the screen and the side on the low left side

Hope my sapphire blue one doesn't suffer any build issues. Its sitting at my brother place waiting for me atm.

OK, please tell us if your replacement device is better
It wasnt. It had worse screen gap than my original. Also, and this device didnt get a bright as my original. I looked at a white background and the replacement looked like the nightmode was on by comparison. I kept my original and am just going to live with the minor screen gap i had, its really not that big of a deal. I can live with it. I thought it was goign to annoy me but I have it in a case and cant even see it. Tried going naked but this thing is too slippery to chance dropping it.

Went through the same sort problems with a Nokia phone once Every replacement had a different problem. In the end I should of kept the first phone is it only had a small gap from assembly last one I received had a faulty Microphone had it replace 3 times before I could use the phone.

I just saw that I have it on the top portion of my phone. Doesn't bother me but I do wonder if it will make it vulnerable to water damage or will it be fine...

Mine doesn't seem to have any problems.I have rinsed it off under running water a few times. I have not submerged it though.
