Garmin Premium Heart Rate monitor not pairing up...help!!!

Hi guys,

I just bought a Garmin Premium HRM, but cannot get it to connect to my Samsung Galaxy S5.
Downloaded heaps of ANT+ apps for it. Checked the voltage between the 2 clips on chest strap. Checked Battery.
What am I doing wrong? Please help.

What app on your S5 are you using the HRM with. I use Runkeeper to track my walks and runs and am planning to get HRM in near future. .

Worked perfectly to get my new Garmin HRM to work with my Verizon Galaxy Note 4.

I just purchased the garmin premium heart rate monitor for my husband for Christmas. I was wondering if there is a way to pair it with his phone. He has a Samsung Note 4. Does he need to download an app of some sort or do I have to purchase something completely different so he can use the monitor?

I could not get my Garmin HRM2-ss to connect ot my Galaxy Note 4. Ironically, it was because i was wasn't wearing it at the time. Put it on like you are going to wear it and try to connect again in S Health. It worked perfectly after days of trying weird ways to connect it. Now it works perfectly.
