GChat online or TALK native app?

Which uses less battery - the native 'Talk' app on the Incredible or the GChat function on Google's webpage?

I'm not positive but I would assume Talk uses less.. I prefer it. It's just easier.

Yeah, I think it's generally easier, too. However, when I lose signal, even for five seconds, it signs me out. I came from BB Tour and it didn't (I presume b/c it was pushed?). I wonder if the gchat on google's page will do that.

Mine stays signed in all the time. I'm generally always with signal or wifi so I guess that explains it. I use the Talk app to chat with my brother who had a Storm and no text messaging plan.

all right. Yeah, when I ride the subway, I occasionally will lose total signal for a few seconds and it signs out. Oh well. I'll just test out both to see if one is faster/stays connected/uses less battery.
