Gcloud problems

I just opened GCLOUD and found that the Main Menu I was using is now gone. The new interface is not user friendly, but I can get used to it. When I tried to change the automatic backup schedule, I found it doesn't work. I can't get an answer from their support. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, how did you fix it. Thanks
