Gear 1 notifications problems

This has been happening a lot. I stop getting alerts on my Gear so I open up the Gear app and click on notifications and I notice "more notifications toggle" is turned to off and when I turn it back on like I had before it unchecks all of my previous selections of apps I want alert for. Anyone have a solution
