Gear 2 neo - when watching analog clock - pointers slow to adjust

Hello,
I have a question about my gear 2 neo...
When i watch my clock to watch the time, the pointers of my analog clock waits 0.5 seconds to show the correct time. Anyone knows this problem? Is this a bug in the software?

For example, i check the time at 02:30 (analog clock) and half an hour later i check the time again on my watch and the analog clock show for 0.5 - 1 second 02:30 and them jumps to 03:00...
