Gear fit 2 pro download error / freeze

[Android Central Question]

My gear fit 2 is stuck on a download screen, will not cycle out of the screen even when turned off and on by holding down the bottom right button. Cannot get to factory reset mode either. It's fully charged so not sure what's happening. Anyone have the same issue / solution?
