gear s won't allow bluetooth head set to work

[AC Question]

My blue tooth head set is paired with my gear S, and is recognized by the gear, but it will not allow the connection to work so that I can listen and talk through the bluetooth headset. I accidentally got it to work once, but I don't know what I did to make it work again.
