Gear S2 3G Compatible phones that allow the watch to be used as a stand alone wearable

Anybody have a list of phones that work with the Gear S2 3G allowing the use of the watch as a stand alone wearable with Number Sync?

The 3G version of the S2 is stand alone, period. It does not require a separate phone to function.
