I recently bought a gear S2 Classic and it arrived just a few hours ago. It was put on charge for about two hours and once the charging light turned green, I held the power button and turned it on.
The screen is basically just white with varying degrees of brightness and digital noise /snow. The screen will turn off with inactivity /lack of movement - and with movement or a slight shake, the screen will light up again - but it only ever shows a white, grainy screen.
Along the bottom left side of the screen is a very thin blue line, and alone the bottom right of the screen is a yellow line.
i'm guessing there may not be anything I can do to get the watch to work? ... it kinda looks like the watch is defective and may just have to be shipped back.. which is a pity since i'm so keen to play with it, and only just got it.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or know what the cause may be?
