Gear S2 sensors out?

Hi everyone,

I am having issues with my Gear S2. Out of the blue, it wouldn't give me any notification anymore, only calls. I tried everything, reseted etc... Still wouldn't work. Then I unticked the "only send notification if the watch is being worn" box (may not be the exact sentence, my app is in french, I'm just translating), and it started to work again.
Since then, I do recieve notifications. But heart rate is not working.
It seems obvious the sensor(s) is not working, and the watch doesn't know when it's on an arm or not. It's not that bad, I don't really need the heart monitor, but everytime I go to sleep I have to check the box in the app so that the watch doesn't vibrate all nigth long while it's charging...

Anyone had this issue and was able to fix it?

the only other thing I can think of is to clean the sensors on the back of the watch. if you don't need the heart sensor maybe just disable it in the health app.
