Gear S3 just keeps flashing the Samsung Gear S3 screen over and over.

Can't shut it down (it just keeps rebooting when I try). No watch face screen, no options, just the flashing screen (about once every minute or so). Didn't hit anything and never got it wet. Any ideas?
