Gear S3 looses remote connection after a few weeks

This is with a Pixel and occurred with my Gear S2 3g and now my Gear S3 frontier.

The remote connection feature works perfectly for a week or two, typically, then will not remotely connect anymore. I have to do a factory reset on the watch to get it working again.

I've looked through some old threads and didn't see a solution but it is so repeatable, I figure there must be many others with this same problem.

I can't pinpoint if it is the watch that fails to connect to the Gear account or the phone. What is different, is now when disconnected from the phone, it will popup a screen that wants me to reconnect bluetooth. This doesn't occur when it succeeds remotely connecting.
 
MY problem is I can connect remotely for text but not for voice. I'm using Digits with an S3 Frontier and an S3 Edge through TMobile. Never got voice to work over 2 weeks of working with tech support.
