Recently had to put in a warranty claim on my Note 8 and got a new Note 8 replacement. I was able to pair my Gear S3 to the new phone with no problem. However, when I'm viewing my active BT connections (settings/connections/bluetooth) my Gear S3 does not show an active connection.
But when I swipe down on the notification shade, the watch is clearly connected. My watch also shows an active connection.
Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but when I'm driving I need to turn off the call audio connection between phone and watch as that interferes with the connection between my phone and car audio system and the only way I'm aware of to turn off call audio to my watch was through BT settings.
Any help is appreciated.
