I am having a problem transferring a call from the Gear S3 to my Bluetooth Headset (LG Tone Platinum) connected to my LG V20. There is an option to choose headset on the watch, but it is faded - not available. Anyone have this kind of problem? Solutions? Thanks.

Same issue, LG V20, LG Tone (sport edition), and Samsung Gear S3 Frontier. Guess I'm going back to my LG G Watch R :(

I tested this with my Gear S3, LG Tone Pro and Galaxy S7. I was able to accomplish this in two ways.

1. With the phone connected to the watch and the LG headset, while in a call if I click the bluetooth symbol on the phone it gives me a choice of where to route the call audio.

2. With the phone connected to the watch and the LG headset, while in a call if I click the 3-dot menu on the watch it gives me the option to send the audio to the headset or the phone.

Same here, with my oneplus 3T and Bose QC35's the headset option is greyed out.

I got round this using the app 'trigger', setting up two rules:

1. When connecting a bluetooth device, select your headphones from the list, then add 2 actions
a) disconnect device - gear s3 BT, b) connect device Bose qc35 selecting "media and phone"

2. When bluetooth disconnected from qc35, then add a rule saying connect to gear s3 selecting "media and phone".

This seems to allow the phone connection to toggle between the gear s3 or qc35's when they are on. Without this the qc35s never 'grab' the phone connection from the s3 when they switch on (on the phone when you look at the BT connection for the QC35's the 'phone audio' is unchecked, as the S3 still 'has' it).

Hope this helps
