Genuine HTC replacement battery - UK?

My vibrator motor stopped working, and as my device is soon coming up to 24months (around the time where batteries begin to fail) I thought I might as well replace the battery at the same time as the motor whilst the device is open.

Any idea where I can get a genuine replacements (if they they exist)?? Obviously it would need to be someone who offers shipping to the UK

Has anyone tried replacing theirs before?
