German lollipop rom for verizon users

Can we flash the German L rom? Note 4 users in Europe can, they say it's not carrier specific, so will it work for us?

It's a GSM ROM, it may not have any CDMA capability. (There's no CDMA service in Europe, so a European ROM wouldn't need CDMA capability.)
