Whilst recently working in Germany the German side of the company gave me a new mobile. A Samsung Galaxy A5.
When I returned to the UK. I spoke with the company Vodafone contact about getting a new SIM for it. They informed me that it wouldn't work as it is tied to Vodafone DE and wouldn't access the UK network.
So my question is two fold, are they correct and if I rooted it and loaded a different time would it then work?
If not I'll send it back to Germany for them to give out to someone else?
