Get Back to the Download Screen?

I cannot find a way to get back to the download screen. For example, to get SiriusXM on your phone you have to go to their website and download it, and when you download it it downloads it to a screen that is green and black. After the DL you select the item to install it.

My problem is once I leave the green and black screen with the DL I cannot find a way to get back there. I always have to re-download it in order to get back to the screen so that I can install it. Is it possible to get to this screen from the home screen or does it just come up after a DL? Thanks.
