This ROM is awesome. Have it up and running on my Rezound right now. I am S-On and this still worked for me. I did sideload the boot.img file first, but I don't know if you have to do that.
- You will need to be unlocked (do not need root or S-Off though)
- You will need the Android SDK installed and updated and all USB drivers for Rezound
- You will need to install TWRP recovery (which itself is awesome...where were these intuitive touch-friendly recoveries when this was my main phone?)
Once you have that done, you plop the ROM on your SD card (I pushed this with the SDK myself, but as long as you get it in your root internal SDcard directory, it doesn't matter how) and install the ZIP from recovery.

Make sure you have the 4.2.2 Google Apps, as the ROM does not have them installed. Flash the GAPPS ZIP from recovery right after you flash the ROM (make sure you are only using GAPPS for 4.2.2...4.4 GAPPS will cause problems):
4.2.2 Google Apps - Google Apps (Gapps) - Download Latest Gapps for Android or [GAPPS][4.2.2-4.3] UPDATED Google Apps! 130812-13 - xda-developers
- Vanilla Android (uses Nova Launcher as the default launcher)
- No Sense! Sense has finally been purged forever from my Rezound.
- ROM has extra stuff, like the ability to use Virtual NAV buttons(!) and/or change the functions of the existing soft-buttons below the display. You can even make the NAV bar transparent a'la KitKat.
Everything appears to work fine. Camera is working but there is no photosphere (I tried sideloading the Vanilla camera...it works but will force close if you try to take a Photosphere). You can view existing photospheres in the gallery though. Bluetooth does work for me. Wifi works (mine is weak but that is probably because my back case is damaged...so my antenna might be messed up).
To be clear, the virtual buttons are completely optional. The regular "hardware" buttons are the default...you actually have to switch to the virtual ones via Settings to get them. Having owned 2 Nexus phones since I bought my Rezound, they have grown on me though, and I hate hardware buttons now.

EDIT: The blue line you see at the bottom in these shots is Team Battery Bar (Google play, free). It is not part of the ROM but something I installed after.
