Get Movies - Super Newbie

Super newbie confused about getting movies.

How would I transfer a TV show from the internet to my Tab?
I know I can watch some on my computer by going to cbs.com, etc.
Do I just go to the website on the Tab?

How about downloading movies?
Do I just go to a website?
Are there any free movies?

I set up a Media Hub account, but all that I see cost money and it's not a big list.

Same way on the tab as you would on your phone. You could use an app like blockbuster or ...Netflix when it becomes available or if you have movies stored on your computer just transfer them to the tab. If theyre copy protected then that's a different story....you need to Google that answer.

My cheapo cell phone only makes phone calls.
I have movies on my computer that are .vob files that are not copy protected. Do I have to convert them?

I googled "transfer movies to Tab" and most sites talked about buying software that converts stuff from one format to another.

Two that I use for converting movies are DVD Catalyst 3 and Wondershare DVD ripper platinum. I find wondershare to be faster and better at converting movies.
As for TV there is Justin.tv and Hulu but I have not had any success using these. Theyre best if you have an account set up on your computer and then stream them to your phone over wifi.

I use a program called VLN from VideoLAN.
