Hi all,
I have seen this message on a couple of posts in this forum, but have yet to work out how to apply the advice given to fix the issue, so please forgive the repetition.
From S Planner, I tap + and see the following message: "Google calendar cannot sync with Samsung Kies. Use My calendar to sync with Kies."
I tap Cancel, Settings, Calendars. I confirm that the only calendars ticked are my Gmail calendars. Samsung Calendar and Samsung Tasks are not ticked. Nothing under My Calendars or My Tasks are ticked.
I go to Settings, General, Accounts, Samsung Account, tap on the Samsung account I have registered (with my Gmail address). Sync Calendar and Sync Contacts are not ticked.
Yet, I am still getting this message.
I can confirm that when I create an event and assign it to one of my Gmail calendars, it is correctly syncing to that account.
So, how do I get rid of this annoying and confusing message?
