Get rid of step notifications?

How can I get rid of my step notifications? I have a Garmin Vivofit that I use and seems to be more accurate.

Start>Fit>swipe left 2x>Set to off,none,off.

Open the microphone. Say "Start" or swipe up until you get to the bottom where the *Start* menu is.
