Get your exchange complete BEFORE April 1st

If you are talking 4G wise, no there isn't, yet. There are quite a few 4G phones coming out very soon with 4G so one could wait. But there are a TON of other cell phones on the market.

That's like saying I bought this 100MPG car, which is the only 100MPG car on the market BUT, the wheels keep falling off as I drive.....but hey....it's got 100MPG!!!!

huh? Some people in life settle for the "okie doke" and some people want what they paid for- If they offered me my money back and no restocking fee i would take them up on it.

Ive had 4-this one is fine no problems. But I wont settle for lightleakage either

Thank you for taking the time to read my second post where I state that I misunderstood the problem... a$$ hat...

Will not sink to your level. Clearly I did not see your second post at the time I responded. If I was an a$$ hat I would point out your hypocrisy, but I think it speaks loudly enough for itself. That said, I direct you to the second portion of my post. Still don't understand the need to call names. Have a blessed day, Sir.

Yeah cause it's my fault there is issues with my phone right? *rolls eyes* I paid $250 x 3 so far so you can take your attitude elsewhere I was more then within my right. They could of declined it every time and they said it was valid problems.

Damn right. If it takes all of the phones they have, you paid good money.

Illusive has point a point to some extent, this is not the first thread I've seen regarding problems with the TB. Someone else posted going into BestBuy and went thru 3 phones asking each one to be opened and all 3 had some sort of major issue. My point being I had the sticky power button issue didn't realy pay to much atention, told my buddy @ the store where I purchase mine. He took a look at it and gave me an exchange right there. Yes I also agree 6 is a bit extreme and would have probably walked away or purchase another later on. The way I interpret what Illusive was saying on the spot there was some bad on the spot during activation, correct me Illusive if I am wrong.

Got to also remember HTC a serious problem releasing the Evo with light leakage and screens not being glued down tightly last year. Think this would have taught HTC to inspect and oversee the future production models alot better, guess not!!!

Considering all 6 of your phones had "light leakage" is it possible that this is the way the phone is manufactured, even if not to your tip top expectations? Unlike yourself, while I had a minor defect, it was a defect. I had a dead pixel in the center of the screen. Not visible unless you are looking for it and you can spot it when there is a black background... but that is a defect.

Now I don't know about the other issues but unless there is a very major manufacturing problem, I'd find it incredibly hard to believe that not one of the 6 phones you received was reasonably usable. Perhaps you should buy a lottery ticket? :D

I see both sides of this argument.

If I end up getting a TB I will have to pay $599. For that kind of money it better be perfect!!!

But also.... after the 3rd one, I would have said "no thanks" and waited for the next phone to come out.

6 phones is insanity, but I hope for your sake, it's a charm. If I were you, I would have just waited for the Charge or Bionic. God clearly does not want you to have a Thunderbolt.

Ha this thread reminds me if my 2002 Subaru WRX. That car had a few issues but bring them up in a forum and people act like you insulted their mother.
