I ended up receiving it overnight even though I didn't pay for overnight shipping.

And I got my email with Google Play credit today!

I got the credit and pre-ordered as soon as it went on sale. When I ordered, there was no notification of me being eligible for it.

Same here. Ordered minute one. Nothing besides charges and removed charges. Weird to say the least. Called Google to see if it was normal and didn't get the best answer. They did email me a $20 play store credit. Order still says leaves warehouse by the 14th.

Dammit. Still nothing here. Dusted off my old Sony Google TV unit. Gonna use it instead. Probably cxl my order tomorrow if nothing by morning. Was an unnecessary impulse buy anyway. So much for pre ordering.
