I having a lot of troubles with the widget. It keeps force closing, and now wont load. I have the Incredible if that matters. I like having it on my home screen, but it looks really bad if It is blank, and unresponsive.

Install Log Collector (free) from the market.
Set Log Collector up to mail jerry.hildenbrand@androidcentral.com when you run it.
Next time it force closes, run Log Collector. I'll get the error log, and make sure to forward it to Phil and Jeremy so they can get it to the programmer.

Taking a picture with a camera-scanner of an image on a web page which automatically installs a "widget" which opens up to a website on my phone.

Sorry I'm so easily impressed but I'm one of the guys old enough to remember when you had to get up to change the channel on the black and white TV.
