Alright, it up and running. Any custom tweaks I need to make or should this thing be screaming on its own? The UI seems to be a lot more laggy without tweaking any settings. Screen transitions are choppy and opening the app drawer is supper choppy. It was decent before loading the kernel.

cloak.n.dagger I am on HBOOT 1.5, Build 2.17. Do I need to update the Build to the most recent version. I read to never do the update from Sprint, but do I need to do the update inorder to get the root process to work? I've tried the steps on the link you provided, but not successful...
