Geting audio in synch with video.

My Chromecast has always displayed the audio out of synch with the video. Is this normal or is there some fixes for this. It's annoying to watch a video and the lips don't match the audio.

What are you using to cast? Your laptop? Cellphone?
Also, which app are you casting to your TV? Youtube? Netflix? A browser tab?

I am using a laptop and a tablet. I have the problem with everything I cast. Netflix, Youtube, and several vids using the Chrome browser. All have this issue.
