Getting a Facebook notification daily for someone I do not know. How can I stop it?

Getting a facebook notification daily for someone I do not know.

Early every morning I get a notification from Facebook saying "Paula, you have two new notifications". I do not know who Paula is, but am thinking she probably used to have my new phone number. How do I stop this?

Are you logged in on facebook? when you click on the notification does it take you to anything?
