Getting a mesage on my Gear 2 Neo Unable to play unsupported file type

I downloaded some music to my computer from my CD library, I then moved them to my Galaxy note 5 and then to my Gear 2 NEO using the Bluetooth. The songs play fine on my computer and my Galaxy Note 5 but I keep getting a message "unable to play unsupported file type" when I try to play them on my Gear 2 NEO. Any ideas on why this is happening?

I am having this same issue my files are wma.

The Gear 2 and gear 2 Neo supports 3GP, MP4 video along with MP3, M4A, AAC, and OGG format audio files. It does not have the codecs necessary to play other formats.
