yes im reffering to stock apps do i download that file from my phone or to my pc and put it on phone? if so where? thanks;)

You need to install that file on your phone as an application, and afterwards you can use it to uninstall any system app you like.

ATT Family Maps = androidlauncher2.1-61x612010_06_11t5_49.apk

is this what you were looking for? i never suggest to delete stock apps. always better to just rename them from .apk to .bak.... but you already started deleting so doesnt really matter now

Honestly i dont know about that, i dont know how that is tied into native date and time.. i can test it on my girlfriends phone next time she is ready to let me mess with it

1 last thing on home screen at very bottom its phone, email,,browser, applications, i removed the email icon at very bottom as i found that email to be useless i use the gmail icon one, anyway to put the gmail icon down at very bottom where the other email icon was?

i guess im not because i dont know what that is i just used the astock app remval app andi forget if it was on phone or idownloaded it but i have the red and white gmail icon gmail

look into launcher pro you can do stuff like this

FYI - I seem to remember from XDA forums that there's a bunch of stuff (ATT contacts for one) tied to the clock application.

More reasons to rename rather than delete the files outright.

Hope this helps,

AoN
