Getting annoying random ads

For some reason in the last 3 weeks, my TMOBILE Note has been getting these random ads, whether I'm watching a streaming video, YouTube, etc. When I click on the ads (see pics), they lead me to Facebook and Google ad setting, and I have changed the setting to no ads, but I still get them randomly. I also downloaded WA Security to see if a particular app was the culprit, but no luck. Please help.

First, if you have the Peel Remote app, try uninstalling or disabling it -- that's been a common culprit for adware.

If you don't have Peel, then you probably have to uninstall apps one by one until the ads go away.

Thanks, but I no longer have Peel Remote. I use SURE Universal Smart TV Remote Control now. Maybe I should uninstall it cuz it's very time consuming to delete each app at a time. I guess I may have no other choice.
