Getting carrier notifictions with incoming calls

I just got a recert RAZR because my old RAZR died. Before a incoming call the phone is saying "Verizon Wireless" and then the ring tone starts. Is there a way to disable this, my old RAZR did not do this and its very annoying. I did look through settings on phone but couldnt figure it out.

Settings > Call Settings > Caller ID Readout > Ring Only.
