K please be nice! This is my first smart phone and I am pretty lost and confused But let's say I have learned alot the last 24hrs. haha K first off I just bought the Samsung Galaxy S3 yesterday. All my contacts are still under SIM. Can someone please tell me how I can put them straight into my phone so I can personalize them (picture, addresses,)? Also what ever happened to the handbook they used to give you that tells you everything and all the perks of this phone?

Thank you
Jessica

Go to your Contacts app>Contacts tab>settings>import/export>import from SIM card.

will they now be synced and saved to her google account mate?

global s3, UK. Ask me anything and ill reply even if its just an intelligent (or stupid) guess ;)

I think, but I'm pretty sure you can change the contact type after you have it imported from your SIM card.

If you look in the Samsung App Store, search for Galaxy S III User's digest.
You can also find a user manual on the Samsung website - look in the 'Manuals' section of the support page (here's the link for the Verizon version: http://m.samsung.com/us/support/SCH-I535RWBVZW).
