Might have an announcement later this year. They normally announce the new iPhone's in the Fall don't they? So might be around then.

Tech sure is, the problem is Apple isn't in terms of putting new ideas into their devices. Just small little upgrade for each device and 1 big feature they held back so that they could use it as the reason for people to buy their new stuff.

Though chances are your mom doesn't care about that. You could probably wait until Christmas, it would give you enough time to see what the iPad5 is really like.

Why not choose the iPad Mini, I think it is also a great option.

I would wait until the 5th gen comes out you will be able to get killer deals on 4th gens.
