Getting N5 from Sprint but gonna use on att any hoops?

Well my mom is using an upgrade on her sprint account to get me the Nexus 5! I know it's the same model on Google play but has anyone had to jump through hoops? I'm on att post paid account it has an HTC one currently. Gut tells me no but I wanted to make sure is all!

I just picked up Sprint Nexus 5 on Wednesday and marched it right over to AT&T where they welcomed it with open arms. 14 minutes later it had been assimilated and activated. If the phone works on AT&T's network then AT&T's network will work for the phone. That's been my experience.
