Getting OTA update message after manual update was done

I did the manual update earlier in the week without any issues, now i'm getting the OTA, is this a different update or should i just ignore it. I like how the phone is now dont what to screw it up

Settings - Software Update - Check New

I went to Menu-Settings-Software , then check new. A new software version was found , downloaded it then installed it. GPS is better, audio on video recording is good. The only issue now is the OTA message telling me there is a software update

I hit the check new button and nothing happens. Pop up comes up saying its checking for a new update but then the screen disappears and nothing happens. It just seems like its not fully checking for the update.
