This may have been answered elsewhere and I just can't seem to currently find the answer but is there a way to get rid of the stock AT&T apps that are pre-installed on my phone once it's rooted?
Download titanium backup from the play store. You can use it to uninstall apps. Just make sure to get backups first in case things go awry, you can put the app back.

With Titanium Backup you can "Freeze" an app which will make it seem like it's been deleted but if you start having problems with the phone it can then be "defrosted". Just a safer option you might want to try. This is what I did after installing 4.1.2 and so far no problems.
